1993 Custom Dewar 43 Dewar 43 for sale in Carriacou, Grenada. Tinorca is a boat built entirely of 5083 marine grade aluminum by Dewar Engineering in Cape Town in South Africa. The hull below the waterline is 8mm plate, above the waterline is 5mm and the deck and superstructure is 4mm plate. The mast is 4mm aluminum and is separately stayed to the spreaders and cap shrouds. Twin forestays support 2 harken roller furlers and has a hydraulically tensioned backstay. The sails are comprehensive and the main and inner genoa are new in 2015. Tinorca has been well maintained and has had many recent upgrades. She is realistically priced as she is a well-equipped, sturdy, ocean going vessel.
